Shipping and Billing
Order Processing
Order placed Sunday through Thursday will be shipped within 48 hours. Orders placed Friday and Saturday will be shipped on Monday.
Shipping
We reserve the right to ship orders through the carrier of our choice, USPS, FedEx, or UPS.
Shipping cost is included in the selling price.
All in-stock items will arrive in approximately 7-10 business days from when your order ships, depending on your location. We include tracking numbers with each order placed.
For backorder and not in-stock items: Your items will arrive in approximately 5-7 business days.
You will receive an email notification when your order is shipped. The e-mail will include basic information such as the ship-to address and a tracking / confirmation number.
Target Packs Online, Inc is not responsible for lost, late, illegible, misdirected, or undeliverable e-mails nor is Target Packs Online, Inc responsible for errors, omissions, mistyped, or misspelled e-mail addresses.
Target Packs Online, Inc is not responsible for shipping delays as a result of weather or other events beyond our control (such as holiday shipping rushes, etc.) Target Packs Online, Inc is unable to guarantee delivery of an order by a certain date or time. Please note that errors or omissions in the Shipping Address supplied to Target Packs Online, Inc may result in shipping delays and Target Packs Online, Inc is not responsible for such errors or the resulting delays that may occur. Target Packs Online, Inc may ship orders place on holidays or holiday weekends the following business day.
Discounts
Discounts will not be applied on items after the order has been placed. Discounts must be applied while placing the order.
Refund policy-
Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days of the return being delivered to our location. Once issued, you will be sent an e-mail notification of the refund. It may take several days or longer for the refund to post to your account, depending on your financial institution.
Returns and Exchanges
Returns Policy Overview
You may return new, unopened items within 30 days from the date the items were shipped, ONLY with prior authorization from our Returns Department. Once you have been authorized to return items, you will receive an e-mail regarding your RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization)
The items must be in the original packaging and the packaging cannot be cut or destroyed in any way. If items are received in a condition other than how they were shipped, the items will be returned back to you. We will send pre-paid shipping return labels ONLY if the return is a result of our error (sent wrong item)
Target Packs Online, Inc does not offer swaps, exchanges or replacements on items. If you wish, a Customer Support Team Member may assist you in placing a new order for the correct merchandise before you receive your refund for the incorrect merchandise.
Canceling Orders/Cancellation Fees
Orders can be canceled by a Customer Support Team Member through email but the cancellation request must be made before the item has shipped.
